During the Menem was the best state enterprises were privatized, in part because the Argentines were rotten to use them to useless locate all friends of a politician, and the other, and the real reason, because there was an international plan to destroy any national company for the country depended on the exterior.
After 20 years, thousands of layoffs, out of money, to split and sell its parts, and to bankrupt subsidiaries; the privatized companies are bankrupt and 52 privatized public service contracts only 2 are within the law.
There arises the other dirty business, renew expired contracts irregularly and depending on each employer con bribe paid. Enters and leaves the government, but the business of privatization continues to suffer what the people of Argentina.
