Uruguayan Provocation
The Argentina has just received a new provocation in Uruguay, as unnecessary as innocuous:
The Uruguay preclude Nestor Kirchner, is secretary of UNASUR!
to be secretary of UNASUR, must be approved unanimously by the opposition which prevents Uruguayan Kirchner is secretary.
But ... What is the effect of that opposition?
